 DELIVERIES & POLICIES:

Free delivery applies to website orders only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. UK orders are delivered next day. Delivery times overseas are approximately 5–10 working days. Email with your delivery requirements and we will price to accomodate. Delivered items are expertly packed by us and fully insured. Our deliveries require signature on delivery.

Please note that free shipping applies to the transportation costs only – international deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees that are beyond our control. Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays. We will advise you upon checkout.

URGENT DELIVERIES:

We offer courier delivery worldwide for a flat fee of £35 per delivery. Delivery times are 1–2 business days to New York/New Jersey and Europe; 2–3 business days to the rest of the USA; and 2–5 days for the rest of the world. We use UPS for our courier deliveries, but delivery by FedEx service is also available; contact us if you would prefer us to use the latter. Please note that neither UPS nor FedEx will deliver to PO box addresses.

Delivery address: As all our books are unique and high value items, our credit card supplier requires us to deliver all internet orders to the billing address of the card.
In certain circumstances, we may be able to arrange delivery to a more convenient address, such as a work address. Circumstances include:

  • Existing customers well known to us

  • Customers using an American Express card with an alternative delivery address on file with their card issuer

  • Professionals able to offer confirmation of their work address

If you are paying by credit card and your circumstances differ from these, please contact us to discuss further options. For cleared funds by wire transfer or bank cheque, we can deliver to any convenient address.

RETURNS

For a full refund returns should be sent by a bona fide recorded delivery service and received within 28 working days. Return postage is not refunded. All books must be in the same condition as sent.
